1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Hibot's computer repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Services Provided
Hibot provides computer repair, maintenance, and IT support services including but not limited to:
- Hardware diagnostics and repair
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Virus and malware removal
- Data backup and recovery
- System upgrades and optimization
- Network setup and troubleshooting
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Service Warranty
Hibot provides a 90-day warranty on all repair services from the date of service completion. This warranty covers:
- Defects in workmanship
- Replacement parts installed by our technicians
- Recurrence of the same issue addressed in the original repair
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Software problems arising after the repair
- Consumable items like batteries or external accessories
Important: To claim warranty service, you must present the original service receipt. Warranty repairs will be performed at our discretion, which may include repair or replacement of components.
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the device and issues
- Back up your data before submitting your device for repair
- Remove any passwords or security locks that may prevent our technicians from accessing your device
- Inform us of any liquid damage, previous repairs, or modifications
- Pay for services as agreed upon in the service estimate
Hibot is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We recommend backing up your data regularly.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
If you choose not to proceed with the repair after we have diagnosed the issue, a diagnostic fee may apply. This fee will be waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hibot's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we take every precaution to protect your device and data, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service
- Devices damaged by factors beyond our control
- Data loss if backup was not performed as recommended
- Cosmetic damage that may occur during necessary disassembly
7. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee or dispose of abandoned devices in accordance with local laws.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action regarding unclaimed devices.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any updates.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your City.
